my video camera works from it’s mem. card. but when it comes time to record .. it duznt work….when i try to put a tape in.. it wont close.. and message cums up on my page that says “please wait” then goes to another message that says “condensation, operation paused” .. what do i do??!

I got a digital camera at a yard sale. The disk was included but not the owners manual. I downloaded the disk but still can not get the pictures from my camera to my computer. I am not good with computers and I tried to find the owners manual on line. The web site the disk has on it is called cool-icam.com.

This is a video that shows proof that they put the wrong demo video on my shift3 USB Video Camera. The video playing on the camera is the U-Video camera by the sharper image and my camera here is the Shift3. Someone screwed up.
