I want to download some of my pictures to my computer from my Canon PowerShot A560. I have a Windows XP. I read “Installing the Software and USB Driver in the Canon Software Starter Guide. I followed the rules but then got stuck on step 10.
I installed the Canon Digital Camera Solution Disk Version 30.0; which installed ZoomBrowser EX 5.8, PhotoStitch 3.1, Camera TWAIN Driver 6.7 and EOS Utility 1.1. I restarted my computer and then took the disk out, just like it said. I then plugged my Canon PowerShot A560 into the computer with my USB cord.
And nothing happened when I plugged it in. Nothing at all.
So what’s wrong and what happened?
